Seven Habit to Help Improve EQ

The emotional quotient is the capability of a person to recognize their emotion and other between different feelings and label them individually, divide emotional information into thinking and behavior, and use emotion to adopt environments. This term first appeared in 1964 and works as a selling book as an emotional intelligence written by Daniel Goleman. Other recent research focused on emotion recognition which refers to the attribution of emotional state-based pm observation and nonverbal cues. A personal EQ is a measure of their interpersonal and communication skills.

Be Proactive:

Our ability to do what we did as a human. This ability does not access the animal. The ability to think and be self-aware about us is a very thoughtful process. That is why man has a domain all over the world. And man also changes their lives in advance from time to time. That helps us to learn about other experiences as well as our own. Why do we change and break our habits? What is our thinking and feeling level? That is not just our mood, and not thoughts are the facts. We think about these things, which separates us from the animal. It will help to examine what we see ourselves. That will change not only our attitude, but also how we see other people? That helps become our map and the nature of life. It will take how we see ourselves and how we see others. That will limit our potential and ability to relate to other people.

Begin with the end and mind:

We can find a place to read these pages alone. We clear our minds of everything except what we read. We don’t worry about our business, family, and friends, we just focus on me and reading. If we work seriously in that personal experience, we touch for a moment some of our personal and deep values. We developed brief contact with that guidance system of our heart circle. This motto begins with the principle that all things are created twice. But that all does not include first creation and design.

Put first thing 1st TM.

Price officially and self-management is different from leadership.  That is an art based on philosophy. We face many questions in life that deal with the personal leadership issue.  That will help the power of independent will. That will help deal with the four generations of time management.

Think win-win Tm.

Think winning Tm is the golden role of our memory. That is not a technique that is a total philosophy of human interaction. These contain win-loss, win-win, loss win, lose-lose, win. These are the five philosophies. So we think about upcoming interactions, and we make a list, and select a specific relation. And we indicate three key relations of our life, and deeply consider our scripting and try to indicate our model.

Seek first to understand:

That is the reason which reason knows not. If we have trouble with our eyes then we decide to go to the optimist. And we diagnose before we prescribe. These will help four autobiographical responses. So we can understand the perception.

Synergize TM:

That will help and guide and hope the saint of cruel things. The important thing is unity, diversity, and generosity. Before we communicate synergistically, we simply open our minds, heart, and experience for a new option. Synergizing is working as a classroom. Steps help to choose many alternatives.

Sharpen the Saw TM:

That relates that all things are not little’s. The dimension involves caring for the emotional dimension.  Which helps balance review. That helps synergy review.

Practice habit to increased your Emotional Intelligence

Stephon Covey work on the summary that helps us to practice seven habits to develop our emotional intelligence;

Self-Awareness:

We are always aware of the space between stimulus and response.  We can become a creative force in our life. That is our most favorable decision. Our self-awareness helps us to practice habits and be proactive.

Personal motivation:

We can set our highest priorities and goals. This Primary decision involves our life.

Self-Regulation:

A set our priorities are, and then we lived by them. That gradually renews us. Our secondary decision relates between Execution strategies and tactical strategies. We can always put first and think first.

Empathy:

This learning relates to our autobiography and gets into the head and hearts of other people. Our judgment, or make a decision or influence others socially sensitive and aware of the situation before attempting to be understood.

Social Communication skills:

The simple way that we practice each day is that we are talking. If we can see back what we hear other people say, in a way that they feel. We do not listen until we think about what we hear. In Actual listing in a way where they feel, and we heard them.
